Exciting things are happening at Concept Care! Since we first started, our mission has been to provide high-quality, person-centred support. As our team of dedicated Support Workers and office staff has expanded, we’ve realised it’s time for a workspace that truly matches the energy and talent of our people.
We are thrilled to announce that from Monday, 23 February 2026, our Gregory Hills headquarters is moving to a brand-new, modern facility!
A Bigger Space for a Brighter Future
While our physical location is shifting, our commitment to being a 2025 Employer of Choice remains stronger than ever. This relocation isn’t just about a change of scenery; it’s about providing our team with the best possible environment to thrive, collaborate, and grow.

Enhanced Training Facilities: More room for the regular upskilling, mentoring, and inductions that help our team members specialise in areas like complex care and mental health.
Engagement & Support Hub: Purpose-built spaces for Allied Health, therapeutic support, and vibrant Day Programs, including social activities, life-skills workshops, and creative arts.
Prime Central Hub: Our new office is located in the heart of the Gregory Hills business hub, offering easy, local access for participants and their families.
Expanding Our Expertise: New Allied Health Opportunities
Our growth isn’t just physical—it’s professional. Concept Care is now a registered and approved NDIS provider for Therapeutic Supports (Registration Group 0128). This milestone allows us to offer a comprehensive range of Allied Health services, including:

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Pathology
- Psychology
- Exercise Physiology
- Dietetics
- Therapeutic Counselling
This expansion means more opportunities for our team to work within a multidisciplinary environment, supporting participants to build capacity and achieve meaningful, person-centred outcomes.

We’re still just a stone’s throw from our old spot, conveniently located near the Gregory Hills Town Centre and The Hub.
