Disability Support Worker Jobs Penrith NSW

Why Penrith is a Great Place to Work

Penrith is one of Western Sydney’s fastest-growing regions and a fantastic place to build a career in disability support. With a strong local community, expanding NDIS services, and excellent transport links, support workers have the opportunity to work close to home while making a positive impact on the lives of people with disability.

Working in Penrith also provides easy access to surrounding suburbs including Emu Plains, Kingswood, St Marys, Werrington, Cranebrook, Glenmore Park, Jordan Springs, Cambridge Park, South Penrith, Jamisontown and Orchard Hills. This allows support workers to enjoy a variety of shifts across the local area without travelling long distances.

As more people access NDIS supports across Western Sydney, demand for experienced and caring support workers continues to grow, creating excellent long-term employment opportunities.
