Personal Care Assistant Sponsorship Under 482 Visa
Concept Care is growing and offering 482 visa sponsorship for the right people.
We’re looking for caring, reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCA) already based in New South Wales (NSW) who want to make a real difference. If you enjoy helping others and want to be part of a supportive team, this role is for you.
This is a rewarding job where you’ll support people in their homes and community, helping them live safely and independently.
About the Role
You will provide personalised support to clients based on their individual needs, helping to promote independence, comfort and wellbeing in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living tasks
- Supporting clients with complex care needs, including high-care or behaviour support requirements.
- Support clients to attend appointments and participate in community and social activities
- Provide assistance with mobility and physical support needs
- Prompt and support clients with medication and routine care
- Follow individual care plans and client routines
- Maintain accurate shift notes and reports
- Build positive and respectful relationships with clients, families, and others
- Promote client dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver licence and your own vehicle
- Current residence in NSW, Australia
- Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services or a similar qualification
- Meet the English language requirements for Subclass 482 visa sponsorship
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Disability Support Worker, Nurse or in a similar role
- All required checks, including WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid and CPR
